Women’s Soccer Club is an all-ages women’s soccer nonprofit that was running on spreadsheets and group texts. Awen replaced that with a proper league platform: registration, team and roster management, scheduling, and member communication in one place.

We built and maintain the full custom WordPress platform plus a member portal, and continue to develop it against what the league actually needs. Awen holds the hosting, domain, and mail infrastructure as the club’s technology partner.

What we built

  • Roster and team management (wsc-league-manager)
  • Season scheduling and RSVPs (wsc-schedule-manager)
  • Dues and treasury tracking (wsc-treasury-manager)
  • Member email digests (wsc-communication-manager)
  • Participation analytics (wsc-analytics-manager)
  • WooCommerce member registration + User Registration Pro
  • Audit log for every roster and treasury change

Results

  • 5 custom WP plugins replacing spreadsheets
  • Serves all ages — youth through adult divisions
