On August 7, 2025, Dev & Gov Day 2025 kicked off Rare Evo at Topgolf in Las Vegas, a full day dedicated to the builders, developers, and governance leaders shaping the Cardano ecosystem. Awen managed and hosted the event, bringing the community together for a packed program of keynotes, panels, and conversation at the start of one of the year’s marquee gatherings in the Cardano world.
The day opened with a keynote from Charles Hoskinson and moved through the topics defining Cardano’s next chapter: growth and marketing, the Cardano Constitution 2.0, the budget and treasury process, and how the ecosystem funds its future. Across the sessions, developers, delegates, and decision-makers worked through the practical realities of on-chain governance as Cardano’s community-led era takes shape.
Awen handled the experiential and content side end to end: the on-site event production and a content team capturing keynotes, panels, and the energy of the room. The session recordings, recap videos, and social content Awen produced carried Dev & Gov Day to an audience far larger than the room at Topgolf, which is exactly how an activation should work.
