Lead single “Freakshow” explodes as an electro-punk spectacle: Mie’s self-described “Lady Gaga – Hayley Williams fusion” (Paramore meets Lady Gaga), an anthem of reclamation where pain turns into performance and survival into power. Inspired by the Hanged Man tarot, it hooks with the defiant call—“Step right up to the freakshow, baby”—blending chaotic energy, theatrical flair, and raw emotional grit.

The Cave EP channels the spirit of Hekate as torchbearer through the crossroads and cave—a realm of shadow and silence that strips away distractions to reveal inner light. As Mie reflects: “These songs were written with Hekate walking beside me. The cave is her realm: a place where we are left with only ourselves. The Cave is the journey we all must take to return home to who we truly are. It is isolating, but necessary. Only in the depths do we recognize our own light. Only in surrender do we find renewal. My hope is these songs offer a lantern for anyone walking through their own cave, reminding us that even in solitude, guidance is near.”
The five-track EP (19:28) maps descent to emergence: “Ice,” “Dead End,” “Freakshow,” “Masochist,” and the closing meditative “Beauty.”
