The new tikit is here

tikit, our ticketing platform for independent creators, just relaunched. We rebuilt it from the ground up, and the early numbers say the new one is working.

Real rooms. Big nights. Fair pay.

tikit is one of the platforms we build and run at Awen: a dead-simple way for an artist, a venue, or a collective to put on a night and actually get paid for it. It went quiet for a while, and that was on purpose. We tore it down and rebuilt it from the ground up.

Here is where it stands today.

60
Events hosted

Shows, nights, and gatherings run through tikit.

467
Tickets sold

Real attendees through real doors.

13
Host organizations

Independent creators and venues putting on events.

$20k+
Earned by creators

Ticket revenue that went to the people behind the events.

What is new

New look, new tools, a lot more under the hood. A few things do most of the heavy lifting — and one of them is a first for tikit.

Edit anytime

Plans change; now your event can too. Fix the time, swap the lineup, or move the venue on a live, on-sale event — no reposting, no broken links. The ticket your attendees already have simply updates.

tikit tiers

One event, many ways in. Sell General Admission, VIP, and Early Bird side by side, each with its own price and its own cap. When a tier sells out it closes itself, and the rest keep selling.

On-sale windows

Sell on a schedule, not by hand. Set exactly when each tier opens and closes — early bird until Friday, GA until doors, VIP capped at twenty. Set it once and tikit works the door for you.

Your events, everywhere you are

tikit.live/o/bar-centro

Every organizer gets a page like this, plus a one-line embed that mirrors these same live events straight onto your own website. Edit an event once on tikit and every place it is shown updates itself, no re-uploading. It even hands your site the search data, so your shows can surface as rich results in Google.

★  The standout

Automatic splits

The feature hosts didn’t know they were missing. Add your co-hosts, agree on the terms once, and tikit does the rest — the moment a ticket sells, everyone’s share is worked out and paid straight to them. No chasing anyone down, no end-of-night spreadsheet, no “I’ll send it over later.”

Three ways to split, whatever the deal is:

Even splitCustom %Costs first, then split

And under all of it: a faster checkout, a cleaner event page, a real host dashboard, and payouts built on Stripe so the money reaches creators directly. Same tikit idea — ticketing that gets out of your way — on a platform that finally matches it.

A live experience only happens once. We built tikit so you can be present for it — in the room, in the moment — instead of stuck behind the logistics of putting it on.
